Chandigarh: PGI’s financial advisor Varun Ahluwalia has returned to his parent cadre, Delhi. Not even a year had passed since he got posted in the PGI and his sudden decision to go back to his parent cadre has surprised everyone. Sources say for some time he was having a rift with a senior administrative officer of PGI, and due to this he decided to go back to Delhi.
