The executing agency was instructed to justify the repeated tendering for the construction work. Several aspects of the multipurpose hall remain incomplete, including the installation of glass panels in the windows, wooden flooring, wall panelling, and sealing of all leaks/holes.
The committee directed the executing agency to complete all pending tasks, such as sealing leaks, applying rust-resistant treatment, and brick coba to prevent dampness.
Priority was given to the installation of iron grills and plastering on the boundary wall, construction of the main gate, guard room, CC road, and external development work.
To ensure the quality of the construction, the committee instructed the executing agency to conduct a rebound hammer test on the under-construction CC road and perform cube testing for the quality of the construction materials used.
Additionally, the installation of India Mark hand pumps, rainwater harvesting units, and drainage construction work has not yet been completed.
The committee directed the executing agency to complete these tasks as soon as possible.
