Jaipur: A division bench comprising Chief Justice MM Shrivastava and Justice Ashutosh Kumar has asked the state govt to submit a detailed reply on the status of FSL labs and the time they take in delivering reports to the investigation agencies. The HC also asked it to provide an area-wise pendency of cases at the labs. The HC passed the order on Sept 4 after taking suo motu cognisance of the matter as a PIL.
