Speaking to reporters, Sai elaborated, "I went to Delhi yesterday evening and returned this morning. I met Union home minister Amit Shah and BJP national president J P Nadda in Delhi to discuss various matters. The expansion of the state cabinet will happen soon; please be patient. The new cabinet will include both new and familiar faces, and the process will be expedited."

Referring to party's election promise outlined in its manifesto, Sai affirmed that the commitment made under 'Modi ki guarantee' to procure 21 quintals of paddy per acre at the rate of Rs 3100 per quintal would be fulfilled during the ongoing paddy purchase activity.

Party sources suggested that senior leaders Brijmohan Agrawal, Kedar Kashyap, Ramvichar Netam, Ajay Chandrakar, Renuka Singh, Lata Usendi, and Dharamlal Kaushik were among the potential candidates for the cabinet. However, there are also indications that new faces, such as former IAS officer OP Choudhary and Satnami community leader Khushwant Singh, might be included.
