Two die as bikes collide in Dharmapuri district

Dharmapuri: Two people died in a road accident after two bikes collided with each other near Karimangalam here on Monday.
The deceased have been identified as K Ramesh, 35, of Nallampalli, and C Ganesh Kumar, 35, of Kaveripattinam in Krishnagiri district.
Police said both bikes collided with each other near Erraseegalahalli village bus stop. “Both suffered severe head and chest injuries,” said an officer from the Karimangalam police station.He added that both riders succumbed to their injuries on the spot.
Police sent the bodies to the Dharmapuri government medical college and hospital for a postmortem. A case has been registered and further inquiry is on.
