MUMBAI: Traffic movement was disrupted in Mumbai's Dadar (West) area on Thursday after a portion of a road caved in at the busy Kismat Junction on Veer Savarkar Marg.

A car's tire got stuck in the crater and was removed by the traffic police with the help of locals. The incident occurred around 11.30am, creating a 3X5-feet crater.
A video of the incident has surfaced on social media.

The footage shows a steel-grey car with its front left tire lodged in the deep crater, while locals gather around, capturing videos and photos on their phones.
A civic official stated that the local ward staff and road department workers were dispatched to the scene, and repairs to the damaged road are underway.
No injuries have been reported in the incident, official said.
