Naikwade reappointed secy of PMDS
Kolhapur: Shivraj Bandopant Naikwade, superintendent of the joint charity commissioner's office, has been reappointed as the secretary of Paschim Maharashtra Devasthan Samiti (PMDS) on Wednesday.
Naikwade was first made the secretary three-and-a-half years ago. In two-and-a-half-years, Naikwade changed the doors of the Mahalaxmi temple, renewed the wooden chariot, increased revenue, and brought discipline to the work of the committee.

Later, he was transferred to the Balumama Devalaya Trust at Admapur as an administrator. He conducted a thorough investigation and reported on the mismanagement of the trust.
Taking cognisance of his work in both entities, district collector and administrator of PMDS Amol Yedge had reappointed Naikwade as the secretary. Naikwade now has the responsibility to look into the proposed Mahalaxmi temple Development Corridor project and prepare the income holders for the project.
