Indore: A youth on his way back home after dropping a friend was mowed down by an unidentified speeding vehicle near his house on Wednesday morning.
Police said that Mohsin Pathan, a resident of Chandan Nagar area, was found lying on the road in a pool of blood by some locals who rushed him to the hospital. His friend Sameer told police that Mohsin was conscious after the accident and gave the contact details of his family members to the police officials but he succumbed during treatment.
Police said that they were checking the CCTV footage of the nearby areas to ascertain the identity of the accused.
Man falls while working, dies next day
A 32-year-old driver, Azhar Khan, a resident of Katkatpura, fell from a height while working in Hathipala area. He received injuries on his head and arm but instead of getting them checked, he went home and slept. In the morning, he felt dizzy and before he could be rushed to the hospital, the man died. The man leaves behind two sons and a daughter. TNN
