Reshuffle sign of instability, linked to money crisis: Cong
Chandigarh: The Punjab Congress has called the Aam Aadmi Party’s fourth cabinet reshuffle a sign of “instability and mismanagement” within the governing side and linked it to the state’s financial crisis.
State Congress president and Ludhiana MP Amrinder Singh Raja Warring raised concerns about the frequent changes in the AAP govt, noting that ministers require at least six months typically to understand how their departments run, study the issues in depth, and formulate effective policies.

He compared the state govt to “a headless chicken that shifts position constantly without a clear sense of direction”.
Warring also questioned the selection of ministers, claiming that inexperienced MLAs had bypassed more senior legislators. He said: “What kind of governance can we expect when critical positions are filled by those still learning. Chief minister Bhagwant Mann is jeopardising Punjab’s future.” Linking the reshuffles to Punjab’s financial crisis, he said: “The state’s debt has no solution in sight. The AAP govt’s ineptitude and lack of strategy have crippled governance.”
Claiming that every AAP reshuffle was an attempt to cover up failures, he said: “But Punjabis see through this facade. This is what happens when the CM takes governance for granted and political gimmicks take precedence over effective administration. Punjab suffers due to AAP's inexperience, while Mann's govt shows no signs of addressing critical issues.”
