Missing man’s body found hanging from tree
Bhopal: The decomposed body of a 23-year-old man, missing from home for four days, was found hanging from a tree in the forest area near Vallabh Bhavan in Arera Hills on Tuesday.
Police said that the deceased, identified as 23-year-old Tarun, worked as a cook and lived with his mother and siblings in Vallabh Nagar. Four days ago, Tarun left his home but did not return.

On Tuesday, his mother approached the police to file a missing person report. While the report was being registered, information about a body hanging in the forest area near Nepali Mohalla, Vallabh Nagar, was received. Upon reaching the spot, police found a decomposed body hanging from a tree. The deceased was identified as Tarun. The spot was just 300 metres away from his home.
Arera Hills police registered a case and started investigations. Police suspect it to be a case of suicide. However, no suicide note was found and the reasons behind the extreme step remain unclear. Police are continuing with their investigation to determine the cause of the death.
