The Congress on Tuesday released its 2023 Madhya Pradesh assembly poll manifesto. Kamal Nath stated that the party's manifesto comprises 1,290 commitments, including 101 primary assurances, spanning 59 different topics.
The Congress leader said that after coming to power, the party will work to get Madhya Pradesh its IPL team.
Spanning a wide spectrum — from caste census, basic needs and 27% OBC quota to insurance, the party released its manifesto exactly a month before the state goes to polls.
The highlights in the 106-page manifesto include a Rs 25-lakh health insurance for families and a Rs-10 lakh accident cover.
The Padho Padhao Yojana, announced by Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi is among the key promises.
This time Congress has put its focus towards employment generation, famers and women welfare.
