Man, 3 sons get life for 2018 land row murder
Agra: After six years of trial, a court in Firozabad sentenced a man and his three sons to life imprisonment for shooting dead their 35-year-old neighbour in 2018 over a land dispute.
Amar Singh, a resident of Pahadpur village under the jurisdiction of Basai Mohammadpur police station, lodged a complaint on Aug 28, 2018, alleging that his son, Narayan Singh, was shot by their neighbours, Biharilal and his sons Manoj, Arvind and Dinesh, the previous night.

Despite being rushed for treatment, Narayan succumbed to injuries. Police registered a case under IPC section 302 (murder) and arrested the suspects who managed to secure bail. A chargesheet was filed and the case proceeded to session court. ADGC Manoj Kumar Sharma said, “Additional District Judge Pancham Nitya Pandey delivered the ruling . After reviewing testimonies and evidence , the court found Manoj, Arvind, Dinesh and their father Biharilal guilty of murder.” Deepak Lavania
