Child, 5, locked in classroom, principal sacked
Agra: A five-year-old child was found locked in a classroom after school hours at a government primary school in Gujarheri village, Jansath area of Muzaffarnagar district, in a video that was widely circulated on social media, on Tuesday.
The child’s family became worried when he didn’t return home and began searching, eventually finding him locked in the classroom.

Basic Shiksha Adhikari Sandeep Kumar visited the village for an inquiry. He said, “Principal Sapna Jain has been suspended, and , Ravita Devi, has been given an adverse entry. ”
Officials said Sapna Jain and Ravita Rani left the school without checking classrooms, inadvertently locking the student inside. When Jain realised the mistake, she asked Rani to unlock the classroom, but she refused. Eventually, Jain sent her husband, who unlocked the classroom and found the boy.
