Remember the social media phenomenon that crazed over crazy Dalgona coffee was during the early times of the COVID-19 breakout with those endless Netflix-chicken nuggets commercials? Oh yeah. The coffees are now experimenting with this new wave, and it's back at the
viral game. A recipe for "Whipped Honey Latte" gained over 24 million views and over 780K likes on social media.
Inside one of the videos, we found the couple who has recreated Adrian Copas's honey coffee recipe. They whipped up 1 cup of honey, 5 tbsp of instant coffee, and half a cup of hot water until it thickened into rich foam. Poured over milk on ice, add the honey coffee mix on top, stir, and enjoy.
Only two days ago, it was posted and caused a stir of activity with quite a few people wanting to taste the latte; users themselves revealed some ingredient substitutes while critiquing its authenticity.
That's straightforward Dalgona coffee with honey. Relax, as one user commented, because yet another appreciated the drink, "I have tried it a few times and love it." Another chimed in, providing a pointer: "Careful not to use boiling water so as not to kill the honey's natural benefits.".
The opinion may differ, but Whipped Honey Latte undoubtedly went viral, making its way into the footsteps of the world of coffee.

If you are also a coffee lover, here's how one can make a Whipped Honey Latte at home.
To make a Whipped Honey Latte, add 1 cup of honey, 5 tablespoons of instant coffee powder, and half a cup of hot water in the bowl. Mix into a bowl until it achieves a thick foam consistency. Meanwhile, fill a glass with ice cubes and pour your preferred milk in it to the three-quarters mark. Once the honey-coffee foam has reached the thick stage, spoon a generous amount over the milk. Using a spoon, mix the milk well with the foam to serve. It is thick and frothy. So, sweetly said, this drink is truly a nod to the amazing class of the latte!
